Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photographs and an unboxing video.
After verification, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
As every product is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, finish or natural material are part of its uniqueness and should not be considered manufacturing defects.
