  • Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, courier delivery generally takes 5–7 working days, depending on the destination and courier service.

  • Tracking Details: Tracking information will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

  • Possible Delays: Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, festivals, sales, courier-related delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • Damaged Parcels: If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photographs along with an unboxing video so that we can assist you promptly.
